Fire  retardant GI/MS  Duct /PIPE epoxy based  paints  for tunnels,   are vital to ensure the safety and fire resistance of  all type of surfaces in tunnels    . It’s also essential to meet  Indian  and  British safety standard BS 476 when it comes to fire regulations for tunnel  fire , domestic and commercial buildings. Fire rated  paint  can be the difference between people surviving a fire or not being able to evacuate in time, as it gives a time delay between a fire starting and spreading.

It  is  one step system , consist of   solvent based fire retardant coating  suitable for GI ,SS , MS metal surfaces  ,and their joints  etc .it is intumescent  fire retardant coating with anti-corrosive and heat insulation  properties along , with  other antistatic properties  , In case of normal fire retardant  properties  required  , it require,  only  two  coats of Duct  fire retardant coating   , however to increase time duration , multi layer of  coat  are important , they can  stand  for more time   in case of  fire .
